Landlord's Insurance
It is essential that your property survives after any casualty, damage or loss. In addition to your property insurance, the property’s income must be secure and protected. Tenant's Insurance
The Tenants also have certain insurance requirements as stipulated in the Lease. By being on top of their insurance requirements we avoid unnecessary liability issues. We make sure the Tenants are in compliance with their insurance provisions by obtaining a Certificate of Insurance evidencing the Tenant’s insurance types and amounts and carriers. In addition, we make sure that the Landlord and CMD Services are added as “Additional Insurers.”
Property’s Vendors & Sub-contractor’s Insurance
The Vendor’s and Sub-Contractor’s Liability Insurance protects the property owner from the consequences of any carelessness, mistakes or negligence by a vendor or subcontractor. We only hire subcontractors and vendors that have the appropriate amount of insurance and written by a reputable carrier. We make sure the Vendor’s are in compliance with their insurance responsibilities by obtaining a Certificate of Insurance evidencing their insurance types and amounts and carriers. In addition, we make sure that the Landlord and CMD Services are added as “Additional Insurers.”
